What exactly do you think is constitutional about NESARA?
In my opinion, the core ideas behind NESARA are completely constitutional. Congress has the power to regulate taxes, create or abolish federal agencies like the IRS, control currency, and manage public debt. So if lawmakers wanted to overhaul the tax system, forgive federal debts, or even restructure how money is backed, that all falls within their authority under the Constitution. The government can pass laws to reform these areas anytime, as long as it's done through proper legislative channels. At its heart, NESARA’s focus on economic reset, debt relief, and financial reform aligns with what the Constitution allows it's just a matter of whether there’s enough political will to make it happen and whether or not we can get rid of the tumors in government that are currently blocking it.
Do you think the Trump administration will definitely have the ability to get it passed through this term?
Possibly. It depends on whether or not he can dig out the cancer known as the deep state.
Which starts first with getting rid of these tumors known as activist judges.
Well, I would hope he could, seeing as how he said he had caught them all during his last term and the entire reason he's supposed to be President right now is to get rid of them permanently. If he doesn't, then all of this is a failure.
What I'm curious about is what exactly the Constitution says that would not only make the actions in NESARA legal to do, but would make it imperative that it be done.
So, Constitutionally, what do you think are the biggest points that would enable NESARA?
