The blue states will likely use this to disrupt their own school systems by NOT using the money that is presently going from their states to DOE to directly fund their own schools, and then blame the destruction of their schools on Trump and Republicans. Hopefully the red states will see an improvement in their school systems, although some states like MS apparently receive more money for their school systems from DOE than the states send out to DOE.
