Did a little research, they do, but there is a loophole. The Governor has 10 days to sign or veto a bill. So, a bill passed too late in the session gives the Governor the ability to veto it after the Legislative Session is over.
Watch Kentucky do a Columbia in 3,2,1… IMO Universities will go underground with DEI. They will continue with words like diversity, belongingness and inclusivity, which is fine. The key is using Federal Funding for Programs and Services that promote race over merit and Trannies in Women’s Sports
