My WWII Grandfather was a squad leader and was assigned to guard Hitler's Eagle nest after it was captured. One of their POW's was Hitlers personal artist. To pass the time, they had the artist paint portraits of US Army guys. We still have my grandfathers and it was signed "Zaludek".

Grand-pops always said Hitler escaped to Argentina, and everyone knew it.
