Definitely a comms blackout! My phone battery is at 30% and while trying to watch this video, my phone shuts down as it would do when it has no battery power! I connect power directly and it comes on, no internet connection! You will ask how I post this, well I just kept on trying! Might be previews of what is to come! Blackout necessary?
