Someone school me on why charges being filed requires a declassification? I'm pretty sure the DOJ has the security clearances to see this information regardless. I've yet to see a single declass of data to EVER lead to any public charges anywhere in any court. In my experience, it usually means the opposite. They declass the data because it's not going to be used in a prosecution. But maybe this is a new day with new rules. I guess we'll see.
