Is this another reason Trump is implementing tariffs? I have little knowledge about the logistics of tariffs but don't shipping containers get inspected to come to a value of the tariff for that shipment? If there are any humans being trafficked they would then be discovered.

Tariffs only apply to goods being bought/sold. The Art in Embassies program bypasses ALL shipping inspections/customs due to these works being for Exhibition.
