Just want to point out that I believe you've made a mistake in your subject title. FYI, the broadcast is NOT Sky News (UK), but rather Sky News (AUS).
Sky News Australia, it has to be said, has been more on the side of the pushback on Liberalism and Globalism that Sky News in other countries, including the UK (afaik).
The guest here (Dr. Angus Dalgleish) is based in the UK, so the heading at the top left of the screen says "Sky News | London". It means that they are talking with London. (You can tell from the interview that he's talking to Sky News in Australia.)
(For example, at 06 seconds into the clip, you can see it is from skynews.com.au (Australia). [bottom right] The weather ribbon at the bottom is CAN (Canberra) ADE (Adelaide) DAR (Darwin) and the adverts for Sky News AU shows, like outsiders, gives the times it can be seen in these cities (Adelaide, Darwin, etc).)
An easy mistake. I noticed it because I'm very familiar with Sky News Australia, and the situation here, etc., but otherwise, it's easy to see how you thought it was Sky News UK.
FYI, Sky News AU is moderately based.
Given Sky News Australia's track record, this isn't exactly a massive dam break (which it might be closer to if it was Sky News UK, which is a lot more lefty, and establishment, and more central to the northern hemisphere. Just FYI.
Still, it's a positive development.
Also, the clip (the interview) is from November 2024.
EDIT: Dug a little, found the context:
The FULL interview by Rowan Dean, Sky News Australia, in context:
This morning I interviewed Professor Angus Dalgliesh about… well, have a look
Edit: said it was a good post by RedPill Dispenser. BUT, he failed to mention that the interview is from 4 months ago. It's a red pill, certainly, but because he omits to identify the date, it can give the impression that this is just now, breaking.
ThankQ fren. Saw London and took it as it was UK. Live here in the UK, but haven't watched any TV in years. Thanks for bringing it up, and for the linkie. o7 ...can't change the tittle now kek.

All good, my pommy fren.
just chalk it all up to my pedantic antics, my hyper-discretionary confectionery, and my penchant for the news chant.
Smeagol: TV? What's that, precious?
Used to watch TV. Last time was about 6 years ago. Even then, it was just one program. Now, we simply do not own one.
My old dad used to call it "the idiot box". He warn't wrong.
