His words could have multiple purposes: scare those who CAN be scared, prep those normies who may (finally) be paying attention, and "putting it out there" as a counter-narrative to those who would/will try to protect or defend the pedos from "the big bad tyrannical gubernment" that "suddenly - and without cause - came after them".
