Precisely my take on it too. RV has shown some accuracy in the past. What I found interesting about this was (1) that an actual ark seems to exist, it's not mythical; and (2) the "nasty" and "decay" smells associated with its hidden place. If it's somewhere between 2,500 to 3,000 years old and kept in a dark wet place like described, then yes, I would expect there to be smells of decay.
It also indicated there were Mosque domes visible.
Possibly located in Catacombs maybe? There’s no shortage of catacombs, and mazes of tunnels under continuously inhabited and ancient cities like Jerusalem for instance
Hmmm, you know what else has a dome and catacombs? The Vatican. Also the "Dome of the Rock" in Jerusalem. White robes and dark-haired men... could be either of those places.
It specifically calls out the Middle East though and indicates the people the viewer saw were speaking what was presumed to be Arabic.
If it was the Vatican. It likely would have been indicated to be Italian or a European language. None of which could really be justifiably confused as being Arabic.

Again, could be London 😀
Right, I overlooked that one.
Mosque dooms could be London?
