What Barrett fails to realize is that her failure to consistently abide by originalist doctrine is placing Americans' rights at risk.

The article is right on. I read some of Barrett's pre-Supreme decisions and was pleased by them and her mind, but since being on the SC she has mostly been a disappointment.
