Start a Crypto currency based on all the value of all the stolen money. Trace where the money is and make a deal, 25% goes to the Tax payers based on total taxes paid, 25% goes to Infrastructure MAGA projects, 25% goes to the Military for getting back the money and funding it going forward, 25% goes pensions & healthcare.
