For Terms:

In federal courts, case assignment to a judge is generally done through a random process, often referred to as a "judicial wheel" or a random assignment system, to ensure impartiality and prevent "judge-shopping".

So look at the WHEEL...if the Wheel is down it looks like the Wheel from TV show JEPORADY...if the WHEEL IS UP...it looks like the TV show THE PRICE IS RIGHT wheel.. Wheels up means THE PRICE IS RIGHT, the bait was taken. Remember it's a TRAP for Judge Boasberg
