Engineering wise, That is a structural failure. Asymmetric failure. 9-11 towers fell flat on themselves. And were much higher but “somehow” were able to have uniform “failure” at every floor. Weird. And three buildings all had symmetric failure in one day. One of which wasn’t even on fire.
