If Oswald was standing with a bunch of other school book depository workers at the time of the, then he has an alibi.
None of his co-workers said they were with him at the time of the shooting. Some saw him afterwards

There's a photo in AP photographer took of the limousine right after the shooting and in the back you see school book depository. There was a guy there who a lot of people said was Oswald. This was looked into in the '60s and again in the '70s. It is not Oswald. It's Billy Lovelady who also worked in the school book depository
