The Bucks County Courier Times reported the man responsible for the vandalism is 55-year-old Chadd Ritenbaug of Doylestown Township. This incident is made more ironic by the fact that Ritenbaugh apparently has a LinkedIn account which shows he owns a company called Black Car Service of Bucks County, PA.
