There is no logical cause-and-effect relationship between getting hit by a bus and kidney failure.
Death in hospitals caused by kidney failure is common because they put people on medicines that destroy the kidneys and the hospitals don't give people adequate hydration. We saw that happen a lot in hospitals during the COVID genocide. In some cases it may just be negligence but in many cases it's intentional.
This is a way they can ensure that if getting "hit by a bus" doesn't kill you, the kidney failure will.
Virginia's situation is either murder or witness protection.
