I'm not surprised in the least. I work in the Welfare office. I can honestly say that 90% of the people on my caseload are committing fraud. Do you think the States want to investigate or stop it? No they don't. Because they think that they will vote Democrat and keep their corrupt asses in power. The funny thing is, they are too friggen lazy to go vote, so it's the Democrats submitting votes on their behalf.
