9 to 11 million KNOWN fraudulent payments a month of about 2000 a month! Do the math for monthly basis the we know was fraud and you can probably multiply that number by 3 for the actual amount of fraudulent payments. At least I got a 20 dollar raise last year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
