No cause his friend will just throw the charges out and have the agents arrested for false imprisonment. Not only this judge would need to be cuffed, but his friend aswell. That turns into a slippery slop. On the other hand, if this judge took a trip to el Salvador at the prison resort, I would be ok with that.
