The Federal courts are biased, corrupted and therefore non-functioning.
By Federal law, if a civilian court system is non-functioning, military tribunals can replace that court system for civilian trials. The Federal courts fit that definition.
We are definitely there...time for a judicial overhaul.
From what I recall, the Temporary Protected Status dates, countries, are determined by the head of Homeland Security . . .
