The rods were removed long ago. Anything that happens there is 100% a FF.

Russia has zaporoshia (sic.) and it's been deactivated long ago.
But what plant(s) are there for them to use? I havent heard of a single attack by russia on a nuclear plant (other than the captured one)
Russia would never attack an active nuclear reactor due to the massive catastrophic damage it would cause. Ukraine on the other hand...
Is this verified? The only safe position for the control rods would be fully inserted. Pulling them out would allow a runaway chain reaction.
