Don't need a bill, it's already illegal. Just need to ignore it. Let the judge try to enforce it. Of course he can't because he doesn't have the power of a law to back up his rulings.
A district judge constitutionally doesn't exist. Thomas Jefferson smacked them down when he was president. The only federal court recognized by the constitution is the Supreme Court. And since they are appointed and not elected the constitution gives congress the ability to override the Supreme Court.
Of course Trump knows all this which makes me think he's letting the leftist political judges out themselves. They are also breaking the law themselves with these rulings. Bet prison ain't gonna be fun for a district judge.

I agree but tell that to the ICE agent in Boston last week that was arrested for contempt in the courthouse for doing his job by the judge's order.
