Virginia Giuffre was due to appear in court for allegedly breaching a family violence restraining order just days before claiming she had days to live following a bus crash.

The charge was lodged at the Magistrates Court in Joondalup, WA, on March 14.

No plea was entered at the hearing and the matter is next listed for a hearing on April 9.

I don't know which side to believe on this one. However I was suspicious when she said she was in renal failure and was referred to a urologist. Pretty sure a nephrologist would be in order for renal failure.
