Apparently they are electing Justices every year through 2029. And now with voters ID enshrined in the State constitution they can no longer fuck with the electorate. That's why Trump actually thinks last night was a success, because well win back the court next year and stack it in the following years

In NC we voted for a Voter ID constitution amendment in 2018 and just last year became law after 7 years of legal wrangling.
