I think he wants to go back to the way it was, meaning Canada builds in the tariff and the US eats it, like it has been for ages. As long as it means REAL, ZERO tariffs on both sides, I'm in. Americans are happy to compete on a level field, because WE'RE GOOD AT IT!.
