Now is a good time to start talking about the New Cities in America. Id build new Cities near repatriated Manufacturing. The families who dream to have an affordable house, will be the first people who work the new Facilities and Industries. Id design the Cities so they were for Traditional family living. A Stay at home parent. This would be a proof of concept that staying with traditional family values and structures makes for the perfect Community.
It would be like a WAGON wheel. There would be sections for single people. It would be DYNAMIC. You would be living in an area that people shared the same values and lifestyles. Without having to resort to thuggish HOA tactics. Your job/career, ties in somewhat with your actions within the Community. Not like BIG brother but like we all love and respect one another.
There are Community gardens and there is structure when you can get more land but it is tied into a formula. I need to keep some Intellectual Property a secret. There are many flourishing ecosystems all working in unison. Children working with the Community that leads them to job openings down the road. A system you can invest your time and be rewarded for your commitment down the road. You won't be replaced by an Indian family who got dropped into your Community uninvited by Globalists.
Sounds like a great idea, but I've been trying to save the planet the past few years and kinda tapped on funds....guess we'll figure it out one way or another.
I swear on my LIFE. There are elements built that make life much more exciting. The people who start the 2nd, 3rd etc, Cities are people from the first City. The more of a GOAT you are, the higher chance you get to be a central figure in a new City. Then you take this successful Template and use it with Existing Cities. It rejuvenates the Human experience. IMHO.
