Our schools and governments have farmed generations of pro communist & government useful idiots. They are lazy, won't work for whitey, and want to be spoon fed everything immediately ( entitlements ).

Weak and wanna be cool parents are also guilty for allowing lazy ADULTS to live at home well past 18+. So many illegals were doing jobs that these generations were supposed to be doing.

We are about to get flooded with a huge demand for labor when there is already a shortage in certain fields ( at least from what I see and hear ).

We want these companies to flourish in America, but without their lifeblood ( employees ) it seems it could become a real problem for some areas.

Some will say all of these recently retired fed parasites might help, but I don't see someone who was getting paid to do nothing their whole life suddenly working for a living.

What are your thoughts on how to fix this or how this plays out ?
