Damn…this explains a lot. Working at a fire dept along I-70 in calirado we see many truck incidents. Had a ‘Russian’ driver last week with a health issue that caused him to decide to stop for a medical assessment. I didn’t put two and two together. Fortunately he wasn’t in a crash.
