Let them prove everything with a 4473 background check at every attempt to vote with the requisite waiting period, hopefully they don't have to wait a year for their $200 voting tax stamp to be processed, make sure they don't do any high capacity voting for more than one "fully automatic" candidate at a time, and of course completey ban assault candidates (defined completely by cosmetic features, as is law).
