Possibly of passing interest:

No date, but post 1957.

Christ, chief of TSD/Audio Operations has clerances through Top Secret, Special Intelligence clerance, and "Q" clerance. No mention of the Dept. of Energy, though it certainly existed by this time.

Don't know what this means:

He has been in isolation many times.

Thinking from other drops that TDS might be Travel Service Dept.

Meant TSD, and it's Technical Service Division.

Duh, I meant TSD, but being an Anon... Saw Travel Service in another post and jump on that. It's actually Technical Services Division, which makes the most sense.
