As long as It's really true and if the age difference between victim & aggressor is say, more than 10. Laws may sound great but remember that some evil people can load stuff on someone's computer without them knowing & there are also ways to twist memories in a childs' mind (or anyone's mind) There's also the case of a 19 year old dating a 17 year old.

If there are consequences this extreme make sure the definitions are clear, please. I know we are all very upset about abuses against children, as any one should be but let's keep in mind for after the pendulum swings
