Not surprising since the D.C. Court of Appeals is 7 Democrat vs 4 Republican appointees.

Margot Cleveland predicts a Stay from the Supreme Court, then back and forth on the merits with SCOTUS ultimately deciding in favor of Article II and President Trump.
