For this to actually be a Q-proof, it would imply that

Trump coordinated with China in order to raise tariffs by 34%

Trump has been waiting for any instance of 34 to come along in order to highlight it multiple times.

I don't think either scenario is very plausible for the sake of having a Q-proof, not to mention we're beyond the need of having Q-proofs at this stage.
