Everything she did was so completely wrong. I dont think she did a single thing correct. Power tripping girl boss DEI hires are one thing, give them a gun and no training...well you get this.

She should have kept a safe distance and assessed the situation. She gave him no time to comply and get on the ground. Didnt give her partner who was clearly visible to her time to assist.
