Yes but...I think we can all agree that we thought there was something deeper to this strategy and not simply "Well they need a vaccine to get things rolling again let's give them a vaccine." I mean honestly, how could TRUMP with his team of military intelligence white hats miss such a glaring reality that was so obvious to all of us? I'm not going to lie this troubles me.
