Above is the original post.
I just want to give a big thank you to John. After he posted his father in law’s results with arthrosclerosis, I did a month of therapy in November and then I repeated the therapy in March.
I did 2000 mg of lysine at 10 AM. 2000 mg of vitamin C at noon then I had a five hour eating period from 3 PM to 8 PM. Then followed by 2000 mg of lysine at 10 PM and 2000 mg of vitamin C at 11 PM. I was very strict about it being on an empty stomach and I barely missed any doses. I have 1-2 cup of water with each dose.
I think I’ve always avoided vitamin C because of kidney stones but now I realize I was really deficient in vitamin C.
I had an 85% blockage in my superior mesenteric artery and I just had my appointment today. The doctor said it’s 60% now, so that is a 25% improvement. A little part of me wanted it to be 100% open, but a 25% improvement is really big. I didn’t have a lot of discomfort after eating, but I can tell I’m more comfortable now after eating a big meal and I don’t have as much loose stools as I used to suffer with.
So I just wanted to say thank you to John and I couldn’t have done it without his advice. I also want say thank you to this community. You guys are so important to me. I love how we share information and lift each other up mentally, spiritually, and in health.
One question I have for John is how much do I take on a daily basis and how often should I repeat the treatment dose of 4000 mg of vitamin C and 4000my of lysine?
in the original post(below in post), he did C then Lysine? you did Lysine first, then C?(first in post) probably doesnt matter?? family doc had me do heart scan, nurse called and said heart doctor going to call to make appt..its next month. I asked nurse Iam I going to drop dead?? she wouldnt answer.. Keeping copy of post, might need it :)
I don’t think it really matters which order you do it in long as you’re in a compete fasting state. If you look at the original post one, you can’t have with protein and one you can’t have with carbs.
The lysine dissolves the plaque, and the vitamin C heals the vessel. Some more plaque doesn’t build on it.
