Yeah, if you are without Jesus, you are without God. It doesn't work any other way. God is far more than "a higher spiritual power" (as though you could comprehend Him). You've been lucky so far, but we all end in death. I was lucky up to the point of my heart failure and necessary open-heart surgery. He brought me through that, despite my spiritual flaws. (I was an atheist for 40 years, so I know all the rhetorical tricks and conceits.) What you and the other guy were talking about had little connection to Jesus Christ, and that is what showed.
You want to argue that the Bible is, in some sense, ALL WRONG...that Jesus is not the Christ and is not divine...and that salvation comes from something other than Christ's sacrifice. To be kind, this is all ancient heresy and simple denialism. And, of course you are blocking me, because you don't want to be bothered with refutation.
