The shareholders of these airlines should sue. A reckless story like that could severely damage their investment. I’m guessing the Executives of these airlines are hyperventilating over this and the damage it could due to their stock prices.
Travel, overall, from Canada to the United States is definitely down but not for the reasons the MSM want you to believe. It isn't because of Orange Man Bad, it's because of the crappy CDN dollar. It costs roughly $1.50 CDN to buy a U.S. dollar. It makes no sense, financially, to travel to the States. I usually make at least a couple of trips a year but, won't be going until the exchange rate is more favorable.
