They will take the seized assets to give ownership to the American people. Say a person convicted of treason owns 1% of Blackrock after conviction, the American people own that 1% and use it to fund things the government needs to do, like fix SS. Or other things like the new free American University.
I'd say 100% of Black Rock's shareholders are treasonous, so yeah, we'll own that outright
