What pops into my mind are two enemy combatants who lost their citizenship at the end of the Civil War. Granted, they were the highest level Confederates, Jefferson Davis and Robert E. Lee, but the precedent is there.
This makes me wonder if POTUS is trolling DS operators who could be classified as enemy combatants? And, it brings me back to Q bringing attention to Lindsey Graham’s line of questions to Judge Kavanaugh regarding Enemy Combatants.
