My dad passed away March 2020 in New York…Alzheimer’s accelerated by statins and whatever they were pushing into him when he went into the hospital. Nursing home crap started getting bad as he went to the hospital.
The nursing home neglected him and he became severely dehydrated, hypernatremia. Severely high sodium levels. He never liked drinking enough water and it was exacerbated by his cognitive decline. I will never forgive any of that.
He would have not understood the isolation and BS that cuomo inflicted on the citizens.
My deepest sympathy for the loss of your beloved father, anon.
Many hospitals and nursing homes have become cruel institutions due to the malevolence of the individuals creating policies there and many working there as well. The most important thing is that you and your dad loved each other while you were both here and you still do. May your dad's soul rest in peace and may you be comforted by warm memories of happy and healthy times spent together - the care, teaching, support, laughter and more.
TQ…thank you…your message is greatly appreciated. Dad was an amazing man and person and I’m sure he’s part of the universe still here with us all. I can feel it every day.
I’m carrying the torch he passed to me fighting for everything we do here on GAW.
