I see a potential problem with these cases of religious freedom, and that's with the Muslim faith. Their doctrine expressly states their intolerance of any other faith - to the point of mandating murder for anyone rejecting Islam. This "faith" is not compatible with the US Constitution and should be outlawed in the United States.
