I see what you mean, in order for Q to have set this up on purpose, the races would've had to be rigged so cars with Shell sponsors would be front and center. Even though i'm sure many other cars in those races would also be sponsored by Shell, i'd agree that is an insane amount of effort for this "coincidence".
The only alternate explanation i can think of other than outright rigging, is the Q team may have had many other races to choose from, But even those would still need to be rigged. Also Q mentioned the word Shell and Shell companies quite a lot. So Q could've done this comm on several other dates.
Is it common for other Presidents to have photo ops with the winners of these specific races?
I don't believe in time travel or looking glass, so i wouldn't put it past the Q team to organize and rig stuff like this. It's hard to appreciate how immensely powerful comms like this are to winning the war. For Q to pull this off, demonstrates their sheer power and control over events down to the tiniest detail. This is what freaks out the deepstate and makes them panic and expend ammunition every time. If Q is willing to go to ABSURD lengths of planning and control for a simple delta like this, imagine the level of planning they do for the more important parts of the war, and the deepstate knows that.
The odd thing relating to your comment, is that I've watched these races all my life, so these seasons for NASCAR is like 40 races and 24 in Indy. I watch NASCAR mostly and until recent few years, I thought I noticed race fixing. In particular NASCAR mad a WILD exception for the 22 car Logano, to make the championship stretch. So you may be spot on, they DID go that far. Remember Trump takes the BEAST around the Daytona 500, this year made TWICE, no other president has ever done it !

Here is an example : The Shell Car #22 was Eliminated from the playoffs, out of Championship contention. Then, Magically another car was disqualified post race for failing inspection. Joey Logano #22 Magically advances ;-) This never happened before. Very much like a professional wrestling kind of season out of the blue ;-) You called it !
