Truthfully, I always suspected the Insurrection Act was signed after they stole the election in 2020. Trump told us many times that the democrats were going to steal the election. Trump had an obligation to protect the country, and I am sure he would use every tool at his disposal to do so.
The declared National emergency is specifically oriented to the conditions at the border. However, we have seen with our own eyes that the judiciary is fighting President Trump every inch of the way. Judges are preventing Trump from deporting the illegal aliens and forcing Trump to return MS 13 gang members back to the country.
Preventing more illegals from entering the country is important but it is also important to deport the ones who have already entered illegally? Do you think the collaborative effort of these judges constitute an insurrection? Do you think the actions of these judges will push President Trump into singing the Insurrection Act?
Do you think the Insurrection Act was signed prior to Trump leaving office and this upcoming date in when it is brought to public attention? We were told the military was the only way.

I wonder if the Insurrection Act or Alien Enemies Act need any declaration of invocation. Or, are they simply an established precedent which are used at the Presidents disposal. Also, in an Emergency in which Continuity of Government is enacted, does any such invocation require any announcement? I think not, but I don't know for sure.
