Truthfully, I always suspected the Insurrection Act was signed after they stole the election in 2020. Trump told us many times that the democrats were going to steal the election. Trump had an obligation to protect the country, and I am sure he would use every tool at his disposal to do so.
The declared National emergency is specifically oriented to the conditions at the border. However, we have seen with our own eyes that the judiciary is fighting President Trump every inch of the way. Judges are preventing Trump from deporting the illegal aliens and forcing Trump to return MS 13 gang members back to the country.
Preventing more illegals from entering the country is important but it is also important to deport the ones who have already entered illegally? Do you think the collaborative effort of these judges constitute an insurrection? Do you think the actions of these judges will push President Trump into singing the Insurrection Act?
Do you think the Insurrection Act was signed prior to Trump leaving office and this upcoming date in when it is brought to public attention? We were told the military was the only way.

Come to think of it, President Trump just signed a EO pulling the security clearance from Krebs couple days ago. Trump said at the time he was pushing an investigation into Krebs and CISA for covering up the election fraud in 2020.

If I had to guess these investigations have already concluded, we are just waiting for the right moment to roll out the evidence. Yes, I agree, I think many secret grand juries have been held for years since at least 2017. There would have to be as we see the thousands of sealed indictments added every month. Some have probably also been arrested, convicted and sentenced, all out of the public eye. I'm ready for the people to find out exactly what happened.
