As per the ex Hong Kong 99yr deal..the elites have a 99yr deal on Shenzen province.
I would assume that they charge the manufacturers and employees all of the taxes et al that a govt would get..but they get to keep the money.

The EU is the proverbial teen living in their moms basement. Coming to the realization that they are going to need to start taking care of themselves is a frightening thought to them. If they suddenly have no money, citizens will at the very least demand essential services remain funded, and that leaves them penniless for their NWO agenda.

There's well over a hundred countries in the world, and the deck of tariffs, importation and exportation costs and fees for many of the larger ones is gonna be about impossible to stack, especially when you start considering import/export equipment codes.
