The dishonesty: First of all, there was no Russian meddling in the 2016 election. If there was anything between Trump and a relationship with Russia, it began with citizen Donald Trump wanting to build a Trump Hotel in Moscow. When the FBI gets to the bottom of Russiagate, they will find that the masterminds are Barack Obama and Joe Biden with help from James Comey, not Vlad "The Bad" from Russia.

Second, Hunter Biden's laptop never really harmed his Dad's effort in the 2020 campaign. Yes FOX News and the New York Post reported on it, but it was buried a day later. Then Joe Biden went on to "win" the 2020 election with 81 million popular votes, and plenty of Americans bought the election results. But the reality is that Donald Trump was the winner and was going to win even without Hunter Biden's laptop. The laptop narrative needed to be buried because it would have ensured a Trump win and would have had everybody questioning the election of Joe Biden as President. This is why Elon Musk's takeover of Twitter is dangerous to society as Twitter had a hand in silencing the laptop narrative.
