I do Credit Union also, no banks. Navy Federal was cool, you had to join overseas back in the day.. we signed up in Hong Kong. During the pandemic, they got crazy on there non vaxx employees trying to fuck them over.. So fuck them, closed my accounts with them.
On your poast you show 2 banks not 5 and you mention “RV”. Is that ReValuation of the dollar? Is this connected to the QFS?
Just checked the major banks, I do not see any outages.
It would be interesting if you could answer that question of not using a bank to do anything in this controlled monetary system.
RV is revalue for certain foreign currencies. People are expecting Vietnam and Iraq to increase the value of their currency to the USD to counter the tariff effect. Trump has mentioned leveling the playing field so it just might happen.

I use a Credit union out of Manitoba who did not mask or post 'notices' during plandemic. From head office down to small local 3 staff branches.
