I tried it about 15 yrs ago. You start with 1 drop and work up to 14. I didn't get there because it hurt my tummy. So, no go. However, I brushed my teeth with a 4 drop solution and the dental hygienist said I had zero plaque.

I believe it cleans the plaque off your teeth. It, lol. I'm sure a lot of chemicals clean teeth.. But so does just brushing ever day after meals.
